Add a "theme inspiration" section to our home page

Context

This theme has had a few major sources of inspiration throughout its development. It would be helpful if we documented these, both as a guiding principle for design / UX moving forward, as well as a way to provide some acknowledgement of the ways we have benefitted from other projects.

I think something like this could be a short "Inspiration and acknowledgements" section on the landing page of the theme docs, near the bottom of the page. It could just have a list of sites / themes / etc that we draw inspiration from, with a short note if there's something more specific.
