It's common for themes to have an "edit on GitHub" button that users can use to submit documentation PRs. Perhaps there's a way we can build this in to this theme (maybe once #57 lands).

Yes, I think this is a good idea. In #12 I mentioned the idea to put this in the right sidebar (page toc sidebar)
