Groups all publishable layers in additional group, create instance for it with subset name from configurable template.
Updated logic for storing layer to instance.data
Group is used to filter on which machines it should be rendered.
It should be possible to add new hosts. AOV filter decides if review will be created.

Brief description
Settings to create flattened image from published workfile was added for Webpublisher.
Description
If configured, Webpublisher will only only produce image per color configured layer, but also one additional image with merged all published layers.
Settings were changed, need to resave!
