Hello, I’m working on a project PyRx, Python wrappers for AutoCAD

There’s an existing project on the system already using the name ‘PyRx’ that appears to be archived as per the homepage

I have tried to reach out to the author to possibly free up the name with no response. Is there any way to free up the name?
I’m not in a hurry, some of the users were asking about publishing the project here
