Implement real demand data for Morocco. Currently we use dummy data which is often derived from the "energy_totals" which is build in PyPSA-Eur-Sec (https://github.com/PyPSA/pypsa-eur-sec/blob/b6cfcf6364e1037ce2bdad53504c8df7eb2b72b0/Snakefile#L232).
Possible data sources are listed and continously updated in #76
