Storm project logo should be displayed before The Indie Stone logo which is displayed just before entering the main menu screen after launching the game.

Ideally it should be accompanied by a sound effect of the approaching storm. However before this can be implemented Storm needs support for loading custom FMOD sound banks as proposed in #7.
