No visual language switching in payment method title and description window

WooCommerce payment method title and instructions to the user have visual element to switch among languages.
If I enter the text with correct formatting (eg [:lv]Bankas maksājums[:en]Bank payment[:]) it works on the front-end, but the visual language switching in the addministration is missing

@drivebass thanks for the fix. there are more problems with those links tho.. shipping methods aren't being translated..
&tab=shipping&section=wc_shipping_flat_rate, &tab=shipping&section=wc_shipping_local_pickup etc. have been changed to dynamic instance_id id's.

adding shpping methods like flattrip firstly works fine. but adding a fee makes the translation of the description disappear. this is visible on the cart and inside the admin interface if you switch languages.. any chance you can patch this as well?
