Simple tracker management in Web UI

Using v3.3.11 (https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/qbittorrent-nox/) with the Web UI.

The problem

Right now there's only an add tracker (+) button in the trackers tab which opens a popup with a textarea to enter one tracker per line.

Proposal

Change the add tracker (+) into a modify or edit trackers button which opens the same popup but fills the textarea with all trackers (one per line).

The user can then add new trackers (add lines) or remove trackers (remove lines). The "add" button in the popup should also be renamed "save", as should the popup title.

Does it work?
I have qbittorrent-nox running on Debian without GUI but there is no option to manage trackers...
