Add option to use Google Calendar as single source of truth for alarms

I'd like to manage all my alarms using google calendar, so I can schedule them to be recurring but then easily modify specific instances of series, and have all of this done weeks or months in advance. The alarms view in the clock application itself when being used this way should show the next several times when an alarm will go off and provide links to the calendar events for modification. This would provide historical record of past alarm settings, and allow me to send or receive alarm invitations with others. I'd like the clock to watch for events titled with, for instance, an alarm clock emoji and which have a description consisting of key-value pairs of settings for that alarm.
