Stale version of straight.el loaded #60

For some reason, I keep getting stale versions of straight.el loaded (when I delete *.elc in the repository, the correct version is loaded). Obviously, this needs to be fixed.

I think this may have been fixed by e98db86. I'll reopen if I see the problem again.
