Add ability to edit person data via table

Description

Currently, the app only allows users to view person data in a table format. It would be great to have the ability to edit the person data directly in the table, instead of having to go to the YAML file to make changes.

Expected behavior

When a user clicks on a table cell containing person data, the cell should become editable and allow the user to modify the data. The user should then be able to save the changes made directly in the table.

Additional context

This feature would greatly improve the user experience and make it more efficient to update multiple person data at once.
