Once #818 and #833 are done, we need to remove mirageJS mock endpoints and replace them with the new real ones.

AC:

  • Frontend uploads hit the actual API endpoint
  • Frontend downloads from the actual API endpoint

Proposed tasks:

  • Update the redux actions to use actual APIs
