Description:
Delivers updates to ROs and grantees encompassing progress on TDP and upcoming research/collaboration opportunities.

  • Do we want to retain an attachable live comms artifact or experiment with a web format that would be linked to?
    • No. We plan to experiment with a web format live comms to minimize the document accessibility work and create a home for live comms that can be updated easily at any time
  • Worthwhile to explore open invite to research "office hour" bookings? e.g. inbound pipeline of drill down conversations on live comms topics or "As a grantee I'd like to talk/inquire about x" sessions—an in person version of the eventual in-app "Have feedback?" form.
    • Yes. We're not sure what kind of inbound flow of participants we'll get from this but like the idea of adding it as an option

AC:

  • Live comms session complete
  • Recording / presentation artifact emailed to ROs
  • Emailed/linked-to materials are 508 compliant

Tasks:

  • Create live comms presentation content
  • Ensure content is 508 accessible
  • Determine the right number/length/frequency of "office hour" bookings to make available for grantees
  • (Lauren) Schedule meeting for live communications
  • Conduct (and record) presentation
  • Lauren will send presentation recording and presentation link to ROs

Potentially blocked by at least a drafted synthesis of Resubmission research.

If we want it in December: no later than the week of the 13th.

Pulling into the sprint:
May be pushed until January given research blockers but we'd like to create the new web-based live comms page in preparation for it regardless.

https://tdp-live-comms.app.cloud.gov/index.html is now live with final additions including:

  • Link to the full synthesis
  • Added alt text where it was missing
  • Removed un-needed toggle on interactive Highchart table
  • Version A & B resources that link to GitHub hosted PDFs
  • GitHub hosting instead of imgur for all images.
