Big update to Proton backend

• Updated to a completely new Proton layer, inspired by umu-launcher. Code is much cleaner and robust, and doesn't break every time I look at it funny.
• Proton versions and runtimes can now be downloaded just like wine versions.
• Removed the scaling patch for now. I'll pull in the PR on the main repo in a bit so that it'll be easier to maintain in the future, but that's several hours of work I don't want to do right now.
• Removed automatic wayland settings for the same reason. I'll add it back later. Doing it manually still works, of course.
