Create a Site, and create a blackout for that Site that does not repeat.

site = Nexpose::Site.load nsc, 2
NoMethodError: undefined method []' for nil:NilClass from nexpose-client-ee12dae692e1/lib/nexpose/blackout.rb:26:in from_hash'

The above command will fail.
