Add Rows and Columns buttons missing #30

The add rows and columns buttons are missing from the initial modal popup and instead is inside another button which makes it not intuitive for users.

I'm using Sanity Studio v3 & Sanity Table Plugin v1.0.1. Is there a way to fix this? I've been asking around the Slack but no answers there either.
