react-native-screens new architecture adoption

As mentioned in the blogpost, react-native-screens have been recently adopted to work on Fabric 🎉
We encourage you to check the FabricExample app or add react-native-screens to your new-arch-enabled app and submit all the issues you encountered here or in screens repo.
We will also post here the problems we currently struggle with so everyone can elaborate and help solve them 🙏

Some of recently found problems are mentioned in this PR, we weren't able to fix all of them yet. Most of the problems seem to come from the reversed order of attaching/detaching children introduced in Fabric and the new recycling mechanism which requires full state reset of the native components.
