How to "Open the App in Chrome" #196

Sorry to do such a close reading of the documentation, but I'm sort of interested in working with readium.

I can now get the chrome extension to build and install it. I only have no idea how I would then "Open the App in Chrome". I don't think current Chrome has an app view anymore.

The extension does not add any interface elements as far as I can see and dragging an epub on top of Chrome also does not trigger anything, so…

In Chrome, if you open a new tab, there is a button with the word "Apps" with a colorful grid icon in the upper left. Or you can just go to chrome://apps/

My Chrome ( Version 37.0.2062.120 ) does not have that anymore.
