[RealmApp] tag meaning in change log?

Hello Realm community,

Does anyone know what the [RealmApp] tag refers to in the release notes at https://github.com/realm/realm-java/blob/releases/CHANGELOG.md ?

We are using Realm db v7.0.8 in an Android app and considering whether to update to v10.13.
The release notes have a number of breaking changes tagged [RealmApp], so we need to know whether that affects our app or not.

No references to "RealmApp" in our source code. I've searched around in the doc and elsewhere and have not found a definition of RealmApp.
