Find specific badgers quickly

Acceptance Criteria

Search bar at top of page by default
Search bar hidden on scroll down
Search Bar reappears on scroll up
Updates list of badgers on input change in search bar
Fuzzy search based on name
User can click on cross button to clear field
Follows provided designs

Search is managed client side, API does not support search
