It would be a really useful feature to be able to disable specific regions during spot finding.

I personally find centralindia to have really unstable networking, causing issues with automated jobs, yet, 95% of the time it's picked for machine creation.

I'd like a flag that would allow passing in an array of regions that would not be considered for spot choice (price/eviction)
