Now start pipeline wizard is complicated, has redundant steps(like selecting single option) and suffers with lack of step/option description.

Example:
Starting pipeline from CLI:
ezgif com-video-to-gif (7)

Starting same pipeline using wizard:
ezgif com-video-to-gif (8)

As you may see using wizard requires more user interaction(7 click vs 3 in CLI) and wizard provide much less description.
We need to simplify current wizard and make experience at least the same as CLI provide
