When starting a pipeline or adding a trigger, user should have in advance created a PVC for some of the workspaces the pipelines needs. The extension should assist the user in creating the PVC.

Allow user to create a PVC on the "start pipeline" and "add trigger" wizards by providing storage class, name and size.
