I have followed this guide: https://github.com/openshift/pipelines-tutorial#deploy-sample-application and I have followed all steps to Trigger pipeline - I was able to trigger pipeline and it finished with oc and tkn command line tools.

But when I logged in VSCode and tried to run task apply-manifest, this task didi not start or even failed:

Nothing starts on cluster, but I am not able to get rid of this notification - something like Cancel button is missing.
