[Project Idea] Support upstream InstructLab UI efforts

There is working going on currently to help users to generate their taxonomies from internal documents via document conversion.
(instructlab/ui#2). Initial POC developed: instructlab/ui#6. This is an opportunity to explore the problem space and create a more permanent solution.

Interested members of this WG can help contribute towards this effort.
