Update pools state after actions

Pools state needs to update faster.
After Trade, Provide or Withdraw it takes about 10s to update data.

As a user I want to see updated info about available amount of tokens, total value locked and my liquidity.

To work this out there is an option to update balances from unfinalized blocks. This would require making queries directly to the node.
On the reefscan, we are only processing finalized blocks, meaning data has ~10+ latency.
