- The data set was provided by data.gov.my
- A simple visualization on the population of different states was created using Tableau
- The visualization contains:
- Malaysia Map for the overall population
- Bar chart for population based on gender
- Bar chart for population based on ethnicity
- Bar chart for population based on different age group
- Users are able to filter on the followings:
- Year
- Ethnicity
- Age group
- Users are able to highlight a state to view the population details of the selected state
