Tested on a local server with Windows.
Game: Counter-Strike 1.6 with ReHLDS
New server without modules or plugins, only Metamod-r.

You can't select a team because server says they are full.

This is related to local lan server, not rehlds itself. But i can use rehlds on client? Also with metamod-r?
I mean, is supposed to work, directly in client side.

From README

Metamod-r is incompatible with original HLDS. It's necessary to have installed ReHLDS (API 3.1+). There is no guarantee that the product will work in a different environment.

You cannot install ReHLDS on the game client. (for hw.dll)
