Cyrillic Symbol Handling

Activate the better handling of cyrillic characters in the settings if cyrillic characters are not recognized correctly. The settings are reachable through the bottom of the sidebar within the Audio Player.
Please beware that this makes the indexing of the music library slower and you may run into a timeout! In this case you may adjust the PHP setting in php.ini.
