that X axis ☝🏻 is way too messy

This might be good to tackle early, since it may require tweaks to egui_plot

The spacing of the grid and the spacing of the labels is both controlled by x_grid_spacer. Now the grid spacing I think is good, but the labels are too tight. I'll see if I can add some parameter there to specify at what grid resolution we start adding labels.
