Allow the use of LDAP for user authentication.
Need to decide whether this should involve the creation of a new service and/or plugins, or integrated into the user service as an 'optional' authentication method. Most of this should probably be put in the new auth service and/or common/auth.

Authorization within wikifeat is dependent on CouchDB regardless, so will probably need to come up with a way to map LDAP accounts to Wikifeat accounts.

This is dependent on Issue #41
