When I press backspace to delete a tile in the map window, the cursor moves to the left one tile. This is helpful in one case (when I want to delete more tiles to the left), but a disadvantage in three cases (when I want to delete to the right, up or down).

Suggestion:

  • pressing backspace deletes the tile, but cursor stays in the same spot

I think map editors are just used a bit different than text editors (that always go left to right)

Same goes for setting a new tile btw.
Editing is more like drawing that writing.
Take drawing a vertical line for example.
