I like the application, and thought it would be a nice addition to the mail management tools available for OpenBSD. This could mean distribution of static binaries compiled from your source.

However, you published riobard/dmarc without a license. Github says "This means that you retain all rights to your source code and that nobody else may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from your work. This might not be what you intend."

Have you considered licensing, or publishing a statement in the repository placing dmarc in the public domain?

A work-in-progress, OpenBSD port is available for your consideration here. The port is not your software. It is a set of instructions for an OpenBSD user to obtain dmarc source from Github and build it locally.

You will note in the port's Makefile that the lack of a license prohibits any packaging of the compiled binary for distribution, or even storing a copy of the source for separate distribution from one of the OpenBSD project's mirrors. It permitting only direct access from Github for building locally.

A license that permits binary distribution or a statement releasing dmarc to the public domain would allow your software to be distributed more broadly.

Thank you.
