Umbrella issue for changes in the next major version

Refactor CSS (reduce complexity, more consistent cross browser, play nicely with frameworks e.g. Make compatible with MaterializeCSS #115).
More explicit state/view separation
Replace Babel toolchain with TypeScript
More test coverage
