Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Our UDF depends on Apache Arrow to exchange data. However, Arrow has no built-in support for JSONB type. So the current UDF also lacks JSONB support.

Describe the solution you'd like

We can serialize JSONB data to VARCHAR internally and use VARCHAR for data exchange.
