Add a form/ui to add catalog as asset entry to NFT collection

We should add a simple modal/form to let user add asset entry to his NFT collection with ability to pick catalogAddress and partIds

Describe alternatives you've considered
Make sure we make it clear that metadata fields like name, description, attributes and thumbnail, may be used in place of NFT fields, depending on how UI/marketplace handles it. As even Singular often uses primary asset fields when displaying NFT fields.

Need to figure out how to let user use his own private IPFS credentials instead of pinning to RMRK's Filebase account
