我用develop分支的代码测试，mpi_dec_test运行报错，我用的是rk3588，在release分支下也无法解析jpeg图片，但是h264都是正常解析的

看 log，dma-heap 有问题，可能是权限问题

我参考了RK3588s Mali-G610的解决方法，的确是udev权限问题，非常感谢
