Running category-filter.pl in a spanish xml.

"es:Información" => $NEWS,

<category lang="es">Información</category>

Throws warning not recognized on every category with special characters .

I commented the line :

# $name =~ s/\W//g;

I dont know perl but that seems to "solve" the problem and might have some bad consequences.
