Add Spark support

Abstract

Add support for Spark protocol (a fork of Aave v3, maintained by a Maker/Sky subDAO)

Motivation

According to Defilama Spark is the 12th largest Defi protocol with deployments on Ethereum and Gnosis.
As it is a fork of Aavev3 which is already supported the effort to integrate should be smaller than a fully new protocol.
