Current status of the Beta version (3.0.0-dev.3) in comparison with the Stable version (2.5.3)

Good afternoon!
I've seen that some updates have been released to the stable version, which is currently at 2.5.3
In the past, some fixes that were released to the stable version were also release to the beta branch, which both followed together with the same fixes until stable was in version 2.4.9
The most critical update of this year for the stable release was the version 2.5.1, which contains some fixes that I think that are important.

So, what I really wished to ask is : How is the current situation of Riverpod ? Why the fixes of 2.5.1 weren't release to the beta version ?
I'm asking this due to a research that I'm doing over it and also because I couldn't find this topic in other places.
