Navigation Bar for HTML addition

This is simply a feature request. It would be nice to have a Tufte styled navigation bar as an option rather than requiring the user to manually create this. I might have a go at a fork.

Two years and no response to this?? I spent hours trying to get a navbar to work through both the .yml file and the _navbar.html method and neither works. Raw html doesn't play nice either. I think this seriously limits the utility of the html format as who is going to have a site with only one page? The only other option is to put links in the sidebar or in text, both of which look like crap...
