Your environment

  • vscode-ruby version:
  • Ruby version: 2.7
  • Ruby version manager (if any):
  • VS Code version: 1.54.2
  • Operating System: Unix docker image
  • Using language server? nope

Running in a docker-compose container but volume shared for all ruby files.

Feature request/question

Would it be possible to add support for running linting and formatting from gems that are installed in a docker container? (sorry if I have misread the docs and this is possible)

Or is there some of config that would allow for docker-compose run ruby-api bundle exec standard ?

(might be related to #678 but specifically asking for support around linting and formatting)
