I don't know if this is a bug or a feature request. Blur filter does not work. It's possible many other filters do not work either I haven't tested them. But Blur definitely does not work. All I did was blur a movie clip in Flash 8, export as SWF, played in ruffle. It does not blur.

This is the latest master branch build.
