Delete by query is broken for elasticsearch 1.x

In 1.x elasticsearch changed some queries, including delete by query: http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/1.x/_search_requests.html

This is not reflected in elastica and there's no test for non-query-string query. There's also bug in elasticsearch that prevents me from submitting pull request: elastic/elasticsearch#5141.

I didn't check other changed queries, they may be affected as well.

Good point. We should check in detail if there are some more issues arising because of this.
