Support Slash in Project Name

• b/c PLANFILE has an extra slash and directory doesn't exist

• Normalize project name

Why won't the fix in #319 work? The planfile after that fix won't contain a /.

@osterman I just merged #338. Let me know if that fixes it. I should be creating a new release in the next couple days if you don't want to run off of master (although I guess you're running a fork so that doesn't matter 😄)

I'm going to close this unless I hear otherwise since naming projects with a / is now supported.
