New book links to documentation are broken

I think the docs moved from the github page to its own subdomain. This means the doc links from the new book are broken.

For example https://rust-lang.github.io/std/option/enum.Option.html should be https://doc.rust-lang.org/stable/std/option/enum.Option.html

We want the links to be relative so that they work offline when the book becomes part of the rust docs that get distributed with rust, but that hasn't happened quite yet.

Steve's currently working on figuring out how we want to get this book onto doc.rust-lang.org, see rust-lang/rfcs#1828 and rust-lang/rfcs#1826.

So thank you for the report, they are indeed broken, and we're working on ways to fix them that work both online and off but it's going to be a little while before we get there :) Sorry for the inconvenience!
