Older versions of safari cannot display the interface

OS:MacOS 10.15.7
Browser: Safari 13.1.3

This looks like the problem is with wavelet, older versions of Safari don't support public field declarations. According to this stackoverflow answer, compatibility with older browsers can be done by adding the babel plugin.It may also be the reason why the old version of Ipad does not display. #223
