More pathways?

Hello!

I found there are only 14 pathways in the current package. Is there a way to incorporate more from any pathway databases? Do you plan to add more in the future version?

Unfortunately, adding pathways from other databases is not straightforward since we would need enough data to compute their gene weights.

Do you plan to add more in the future version?

Yes, we have plans to expand the number of pathways in the future although for now it is on hold.
