optional package libtheora-1.1.1.spkg does not build on sage-4.7.1.alpha1

While trying to install libtheora-1.1.1.spkg on skynet/eno (x86_64-Linux-core2-fc) I got:

So, Dan Drake just installed this exact same spkg on Sage 5.0 on eno on skynet and all was well.
