ATC doesn't recognize flight plan modifications

Describe the bug

After modifying the flight plan in FMC there's no option to update the plan in ATC

Expected behaviour

After flight plan modification the option should appear to update IFR

UPD: I don't ever see the changed flight plan in the VFR MAP so I guess it doesn't propagate to the game properly at all

AFAIK, this is not a bug, in-game ATC is crappy and it doesn't read the flight plan after you start flying. In Real Life you should resubmit a clearance request for the updated plan (and the same you do in VATSIM/IVAO). MSFS does not support loading flight plan after the map so basically you can't do anything after you loaded it.
